Please read carefully before you purchase!

Our main goal is customer satisfaction. I will do everything possible to make that happen. If you have any questions about anything listed below, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Information:

Unless specified otherwise on the item page, all of our merchandise ships within a few days, out of North Carolina. Custom products take longer, and shipping dates will be included with your quote. Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Our shipping fees are to cover the cost of shipping and packaging materials (i.e. boxes, bubble wrap, ect.)

When you purchase more than one item, if I can fit them in the same box, then I will happily refund any over charge in shipping. Or you can contact us for a custom listing of multiple items with a combined shipping cost.

Payment Options

Call Me Cordelia accepts Paypal. All credit card and debit card purchases are conducted through Paypal to be secure. Orders will not ship until payment is received in full.

Photographic Props

Here at Call Me Cordelia we often use props along with our products in order to achieve that magazine cover look with our photos. These props are not for sale, and are not included with your purchase.

Refunds and Returns

Anything purchased in our online store can be returned within seven days and we will refund the original item price, NOT including shipping. The item for return must not be damaged and you must pay return shipping.

To return an item, you must contact us within seven days for a return packing slip that must be printed and returned with your order.

Damages

Here at Call Me Cordelia, most of the products are vintage. I’ve tried my best to feature only undamaged items. However, most antiques have a few imperfections which only adds to their time worn appeal.

Anything that I feel has an imperfection, the damaged place will be clearly photographed so you know what you’re getting before you buy. If you have any questions feel free to ask before you buy.

If an item you ordered is received damaged, please contact me, with a photograph. Most damages can be returned for a full refund.
